Before you check out

Please remove items that need heavy or special treatment, such as:

  • Heavy stains (mud, ink, blood, cosmetics, chemicals)
  • Urine or faeces residue
  • Musty / strong-smelling (bau hapak) laundry
  • Shoes, blackout curtains, carpets, leather items
  • Laundry with animal fur

Don't fold, squeeze or overflow your laundry in the Zippibag — overpacking may incur a surcharge for the extra machines used.

Large orders (more than 4 bags) may take an extra 1–2 days depending on the outlet's capacity.

Baby, toddler and children's clothing will be stacked together (not folded individually) and placed in your Zippibag once done.

Liability: Any damage, colour-run, shrinkage or loss caused by unsuitable materials or undeclared items is the full responsibility of the customer. Zippidobi is not liable for such outcomes.
