Before you check out

Please remove items that need heavy or special treatment, such as:

  • Heavy stains (mud, ink, blood, cosmetics, chemicals)
  • Urine or faeces residue
  • Musty / strong-smelling (bau hapak) laundry
  • Shoes, blackout curtains, carpets, leather items
  • Laundry with animal fur

A gentle reminder: don't fold, squeeze or overfill your Zippibag. A little room gives your laundry a better wash.

I agree to Zippidobi's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice, and to my details being used to process my order and to receive updates and offers from us. Required

Order updates (pickup, delivery, and any changes) will be sent to your WhatsApp or the contact you provide. {{ paymentNote }}

Using your own Zippibag

Only official Zippibags can be used — each has a unique QR tag we scan to track your laundry from pickup to doorstep.

Loose or third-party bags can't be accepted — please use your tagged Zippibag only.
I understand every wash needs a tagged Zippibag — if I don't have mine at pickup, a new one is added (RM 5). I agree to the Terms & Conditions.
