Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Zippidobi's laundry pickup and delivery service. By booking, you agree to them.

1. About us

Zippidobi — MOM's Quick Wash ("we", "us") is an on-demand laundry pickup, wash-and-fold, and delivery service operated by ZIPPI DIGITAL SOLUTIONS (Registration No. 202603056514 / JR0187996-T), a business registered in Malaysia at NW05-02, Cova Square, Jalan Teknologi PJU 5, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. We serve the Damansara area of Kuala Lumpur. Contact: hello@zippidobi.com.

2. Our service

We collect your laundry, wash and fold it at our facility, and return it to you. At launch we offer a single wash-and-fold service priced per bag. If it fits in the Zippidobi bag, we'll wash it.

We handle your laundry with care, but occasionally issues happen. If you believe an item is lost or damaged, please contact us at hello@zippidobi.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate using our handover records (including our pickup and delivery photos). Reports made after this period may be harder for us to verify.

Where we are responsible for loss of or damage to an item, we will refund the amount you paid for that order and, in addition, provide compensation for the affected item up to a maximum of RM200 per item, subject to an overall cap of RM500 per order. We recommend you do not include high-value or irreplaceable items in your laundry (see clause 5).

7. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup slot. Cancellations after that point, or once your laundry has been collected, may not be eligible for a refund as processing may already have begun. Refunds are made to your original payment method via our payment provider and may take a few business days to appear.

8. Your personal data

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice, which explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Please read it together with these terms.

9. Acceptable use

Please provide accurate booking details and treat our drivers and staff respectfully. We may refuse or cancel service where details are false, where items are unsafe or prohibited, or where conduct is abusive.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on our website. For any question about your order or these terms, contact us at hello@zippidobi.com.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
