Why we run a founding rate
A laundry service lives or dies on trust. You are handing a stranger your family’s clothes and believing they will come back clean, complete and on time.
The founding rate is how we ask for that first go. It is priced to make trying us an easy decision, and it is deliberately generous because early customers tell us what is broken while it is still cheap to fix.
Every Founding Member is also underwriting something else: each bag you send puts flexible, paid work in the hands of a mother in your own neighbourhood.

RM19.90 a bag instead of RM28. One flat price however full the bag is — no tiers, no per-item surcharges, no minimum order.
A free Zippibag
Your first order includes a reusable QR-tagged Zippibag, normally RM5, and it is yours to keep. Refill it for every order after.
A direct line to us
We are a small team and we reply on WhatsApp, Mon–Sun, 9am–6pm. Early feedback reaches the people who can act on it.
The honest small print
- It is introductory. Founding Member pricing is a limited-time launch rate and will not run forever.
- A price change never affects a booking you already made. If the rate changes, it applies only to bookings made after the change.
- The free bag is a first-order perk. Extra Zippibags are RM5, and your driver can sell you one on the spot, payable by QR before collection.
- Cancel free up to 2 hours before your slot. WhatsApp us your order number and you are refunded in full.
