What the price covers
The number you see at checkout is the number you pay. There is no fuel charge, no minimum order and no weekend surcharge.

Need a second bag? Your driver can sell you an extra Zippibag on the spot for RM5, payable by QR before collection.

Paying for your order
Online only
All bookings are paid online through our payment provider, Billplz. We do not accept cash or cash-on-delivery.
Confirmed on payment
Your slot is confirmed once payment goes through. If payment is not completed, we will not collect your laundry.
Cancel for free
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before your pickup slot are refunded in full. WhatsApp us your order number.
