Book a pickup
Choose a pickup window online and pay at checkout. There is no app to download and no account to create first. Your slot is confirmed the moment payment goes through — that confirmation is what tells your driver to come.
We collect at your door
Leave your Zippibag at the door at your chosen time. The driver scans its QR tag at handover and photographs the collection, so there is a verified record from the very first moment we have your clothes. If we miss you, the driver attempts a second pickup — and if we still cannot reach you, we reschedule at no extra cost or refund you in full.
Washed with care by a MOM
Your bag goes to a local MOM, who washes and dries everything by colour and fabric category, then folds it. One flat price however full the bag is. Every handover between pickup, wash and delivery is scanned, so nothing moves through the system without a record.
Back to your door
Your laundry comes back sealed and folded. Hand over before 12:00 PM and it is back the same day. After 12:00 PM it is returned within 24 hours. We run seven days a week; public holidays may affect timing, and we will WhatsApp you if your order is affected.
How your clothes stay yours
The single biggest worry with any laundry service is a bag coming back that is not quite yours. Here is what stops that happening.
QR on every bag
Every Zippibag is QR-tagged at pickup and scanned again at each handover — pickup, lab and delivery. Nothing moves without a verified scan.
Photographed handovers
Every collection and delivery is photographed. If something looks wrong, there is a record to check rather than two conflicting memories.
We take responsibility
If you have a concern, WhatsApp us your order number and we investigate. We take full accountability for every order in our care.
The Zippibag
Your first order includes a free Zippibag — normally RM5, free as a Founding Member perk, and yours to keep. Every order after that, you fill the same bag and leave it at the door.
One thing to know: we can only collect laundry packed in your Zippibag. Laundry in your own bags or containers cannot be picked up, because the QR tag on the bag is what keeps your order traceable. Pack it so it closes comfortably — if it zips shut, you are good.
